We have 2 sizes of Spiky Massage Balls, one large – a  3 ½ inch diameter Green ball with short nubs that is relatively firm and one smaller –  a  2 ½ inch diameter Blue ball that has longer spikes which are softer and more flexible. Both fit into any dance bag making them easy to carry for a great massage anytime – anywhere.
